Przesilenie letnie 2024 | Summer Solstice 2024

Dziś najkrótsza noc w roku, Przesilenie Letnie, Noc Kupały. Dwa lata temu zrobiłam post o tym solarnym święcie - w części pierwszej było puszczanie wianków, a w drugiej tańce przy ognisku. W tym roku nie zdążyłam przygotować tak dużej imprezy, ale moje małe wiedźmy zebrały się w ogródku, by poplotkować przy naparze z tej okazji. ;)

Today is the shortest night of the year, Summer Solstice, Kupala Night. Two years ago, I wrote a post about this solar holiday - the first part was the release of wreaths, and the second part was dancing around the bonfire. This year I didn't have time to prepare such a large party, but my little witches gathered in the garden to gossip over a brew on this occasion. ;)

Sabatem dowodzi oczywiście Margaret (Mattel, Bellatrix Lestrange). Pojawiła się także Astrid (Barbie Looks #16) i Ragna (Mattel, Gloria Estefan).

The coven is, of course, led by Margaret (Mattel, Bellatrix Lestrange). Astrid (Barbie Looks #16) and Ragna (Mattel, Gloria Estefan) also appeared.

Nie zabrakło także Gertrudy (Mattel, Maria Felix).

There was also Gertrude (Mattel, Maria Felix).

Do Tove (Mattel, Lady Tremaine) dołączyła jak widzicie jej siostra bliźniaczka - Miriam. Tak wiem, kolejna rudowłosa wiedźma. Pewnie Was to nie zaskoczyło... Ale już mówię, w czym rzecz. Razem z Młodą mamy sporo bliźniaczych rudzielców. Zastanawiałam się jak to rozwiązać, żeby wszystkie "upchnąć" w moim wiedźmim uniwersum - w końcu statystycznie rzecz ujmując nie ma takiej możliwości, żeby w jednej wiosce mieszkało tyle ognistowłosych bliźniąt. ;) Poszłam więc na łatwiznę, rozwiązując ten genetycznie mało możliwy problem magicznym pójściem na skróty. Otóż w moim klanie rudowłosych wiedźm w każdym pokoleniu rodzą się bliźnięta, siostry o płomiennych włosach. Każda z nich ma później swoje córki - a jakże, bliźniacze i rude. I proszę, problem rozwiązany. xD A ja mogę uwzględnić wszystkie cudne rude panny w mojej historii.

As you can see, Tove (Mattel, Lady Tremaine) was joined by her twin sister - Miriam. Yes, I know, another red-haired witch. This probably didn't surprise you... But let me tell you how it is. My Daughter and I have a lot of twin redheads. I was wondering how to solve it to "stuff" them all into my witch universe - after all, statistically speaking, there is no way that so many fiery-haired twins could live in one village. ;) So I took the easy way out, solving this genetically unlikely problem by taking a magical shortcut. Well, in my clan of red-haired witches, twins are born in every generation, sisters with flame-haired hair. Each of them later has their own daughters - yes, twins and redheads. And there you have it, problem solved. xD And I can include all the gorgeous gingers in my story.

Selena (DOTW, Princess of the Incas) przybyła tym razem sama, bez swoich sióstr. Mam nadzieję nadrobić to na następnym zgromadzeniu wiedźm. ;)

Zrobiłam tylko kilka zdjęć - po pierwsze z braku czasu, po drugie z powodu palącego słońca. Ech, zaczął się czas upałów...
