Lalki 16-calowe - porównanie cz. I | 16" dolls - comparison, part I

Selinka przypomniała mi, że jakiś czas temu wspominałam o zrobieniu porównania 16-calowych panien. Tym mnie zmobilizowała i dzięki niej zrealizowałam wreszcie ten pomysł.

Poprzednie porównanie dotyczyło panien Ghastly - plastikowych i żywicznej.

W tym porównaniu udział wzięły (od lewej):

Najpierw ogólny rzut na to, jak wyglądają wszystkie panny.

Selinka reminded me, that I mentioned making some 16" dolls comparison a while ago. She mobilized me and thanks to her I finally accomplished this project.

Previous comparison was about Ghastly ladies - plastic and resin.

In this comparison took part (from left):

At first general look on how all ladies look.

Tu możecie zobaczyć krzywe nogi Deja Vu, o których Wam mówiłam. ;)

Trochę wymiarów. Nie wszystkie, ale bałam się, że zdjęcie zrobi się zupełnie nieczytelne, jeśli narysuję zbyt wiele. Gdyby ktoś potrzebował jeszcze jakieś konkretne pomiary, to piszcie śmiało w komentarzach. Zdjęcie jest większe niż moje standardowe fotki, więc warto je powiększyć.

Wszystkie wymiary są podane w centymetrach.

Wymierzyłam:

- szerokość ramion

- długość ręki od ramienia do nadgarstka

A little bit of measurments. Not all, but I was afraid that photo became illegible if I draw to much. If anyone of you need something specific to measure, please let me know in the comments. This photo is bigger then my standard photos so it's worth to enlarge it.

All measurments are in centimeters.

I measured:

- head circumference

- neck circumference

- shoulders width

- lenght of the arm from shoulder to wrist

- arm circumference

- wrist circumference

- breast circumference

- waist circumference

- hips circumference

- tight circumference

- knee circumference

- calf circumference

- ankle circumference

- lenght from crotch to ankle

Różnice wydają się niewielkie, ale jak widzicie spodnie szyte na tonnerowskie panny będą na bank za krótkie i za szerokie dla Tulabelki.  Z kolei Ellowyne nawet ich nie wciśnie. 

Zresztą szyłam spodnie na lalkę, która miała mieć niby identyczne wymiary jak Deja Vu. I o ile spodnie pasowały na moją pannę, nie leżały już dobrze na tej o rzekomo takich samych wymiarach. Inne proporcje i koniec...

Wymiary nadgarstka i kostki są pomocne przy szyciu rękawów i nogawek. Trzeba tylko pamiętać, że nie zawsze da się wyjąć dłonie i wtedy trzeba wziąć jeszcze pod uwagę obwód dłoni w najszerszym miejscu. To też jest bardzo zróżnicowane, w zależności od układu palców. O ile Tyler ma bardzo smukłą dłoń, to już np. Tulabelle ma szeroko rozstawione palce i jeśli ktoś nie chce wyciągać dłoni, rękaw musi być szerszy.

Szyjąc zaś nogawki pamiętajmy zmierzyć jeszcze o ile szerzej jest na wysokości pięty, żeby spodnie przeszły w tym miejscu.

It seems that diffrences are minor but as you can see pants made for Tonner girls will be for sure to short on Tulabelle. What's more Ellowyne won't be able to put them on (hips).

Anyway I was sewing jeans for a doll who was supposed to have identical measurments as Deja Vu. Pants fitted my lady very well, but they didn't fit the one that supposedly had same size. Different proportions and it's over...

Wrist and ankle circumferences are helpful while sewing sleeves and legs. You just need to remember that you can't alway take out the hands and if not you should take under consideration hand circumference in it's widest part. And that is very differential depending on how fingers are arranged. And while Tyler has got very slim hand, Tulabelle has her fingers spread quite widely and if anybody doesn'y want to take out the hands - sleeve must be much wider.

Sewing legs let's remember to measure how much wider is in heel part, so the pants can go through this part.

Dobra, teraz trochę gimnastyki.

Deja Vu ma tak rozhuśtane biodra, że musiałam się nieco wspomóc masą plastyczną, żeby unieruchomić jej nogę. Zresztą ta sama masa pozwoliła mi w ogóle ustawić panny przy ścianie. ;)

Ruchomość nóg i rąk jest bardzo podobna (poza Kopciuszkiem, który właściwie nie ma ruchomości w łokciach, no ale...). Jak widzicie, żadna z dziewczyn nie jest w stanie dotknąć dłonią do twarzy.

All right, some exercises now.

Deja Vu has her hips so loose that I had to help her a bit using plastic mass to fix her leg in place. The same mass helped me also to set all the ladies next to the wall. ;)

Mobility of legs and arms is very similar (except Cinderella who can't flex the elbow, but well...). As you can see none of the girls can touch her face with her hand.

Najlepszą ruchomość pod biustem mają Deja Vu i Antoinette. Ruszają się nie tylko na boki, ale też w przód i w tył. Te dwie panny mogą też całkiem nieźle przechylić głowę w niemal każdym kierunku (co jest bardzo pomocne przy zdjęciach). 

W przypadku pozostałych lalek ruchomość pod biustem jest ledwie możliwa i to tylko na boki, głowy zaś mogą tylko obracać, ale nie przechylić.

Best mobility in breast have Deja Vu and Antoinette. They can move not only on sides, but also to the front and back. These two can also pretty well tilt their heads almost in every direction (which is very helpful while taking photos).

Other girls can hardly move under the breast (and only on the sides) and they can only turn their heads left or right, but not tilt them.

Tylko Tulabelle jest w stanie objąć się rękami na wysokości biustu. Pozostałym pannom wiele brakuje (mam nadzieję, że widać to na zdjęciu od góry).

Only Tulabelle can embrace herself on the breast hight. Other girls lack a lot to do that (I hope you can see this on the photo from above).

I na koniec to, jak można je posadzić. Tu też dobrze widać krzywe nogi Emmy. ;)

Bardzo podoba mi się, jak siedzi Tulabelle, ale niestety jest trochę odchylona do tyłu, nie może usiąść zupełnie prosto.

And at the end my girls sitting. You can see crooked Emma's legs here too. ;)

I like very much how Tulabelle sits but unfortunatelly she's a bit leaned back, she can't sit straight.

Każda z lalek może położyć dłoń na głowie, ale już nie każda obejmie się w pasie. Z zakładaniem nogi na nogę też jest lepiej lub gorzej.

Every doll can put her hand on the head but not every one of them can embrace herself in the waist. With crossing their legs is also better or worse.

Mam nadzieję, że to porównanie Wam się spodobało.

Jeszcze dwa słowa o stopach. Deja Vu i Antoinette mają taki sam kształt stóp, więc buty pasują na obie. Niektóre buty może używać też Tyler i Ellowyne (ale nie wszystkie, ich stopy są trochę szersze), jednak nie zawsze staną w nich samodzielnie - mają innych łuk stopy i niektóre obcasy są dla nich za wysokie.

Tulabelle ma stopę o wiele mniejszą. Jak do tej pory nie doczekała się swoich butów. ;)

Two words about feet. Deja Vu i Antoinette have same shape of the feet so they can share shoes. Some of the shoes can also use Tyler or Ellowyne (but not all of them, their feet are a bit wider), but they may not stand by themselves in them - they have different arch of the foot and some high heels are to high for them.

Tulabelle has much smaller feet. And she has no shoes at all so far. ;)

Zmiany bywają konieczne | Changes may be necessary

Tak mnie to męczyło, że musiałam dokonać niezbędnych zmian natychmiast. I cóż. Teraz wreszcie mogę współpracować z Tulabelką i nie denerwuje mnie już nic. :)

It was bothering me so much that I had to do needful changes immediately. Well. Now I can cooperate with Tulabelle and nothing is irritating me any more. :)

Po wypłukaniu tony żelu z włosów sytuacja wyglądała następująco:

After washing off tone of gel from her hair the situation was like this:

Po długim namyśle włosy tylko wyrównałam i lekko wycieniowałam. Kiedy wyschły, okazało się, że to była dobra decyzja.

After thinkig for a long time I just made the hair even and clipped here and there. When they dried it turned out it was a good decision.

Jak widać zmieniłam też kolor ust. W poprzednim wpisie nawet o tym nie wspomniałam, żeby nie było, że tak marudzę nad nową lalką - ale uwierzcie, ten poprzedni róż doprowadzał mnie do rozpaczy. ;)

Początkowo przemalowałam usta na bardziej czerwonawy kolor, ale wtedy panna Tulabelka zaczęła przypominać marchewkę. Wybrałam więc taki delikatny odcień, zbliżony do naturalnego koloru ust.

Za radą Carmazin nie zmywałam oryginalnego malunku ust, nałożyłam tylko na to kolor (używając farb akrylowych stosowanych w modelarstwie), a następnie pomalowałam matowym lakierem (wiedziałam, że i tak nada lekkiego połysku).

As you can see I also changed her lips colour. In previous post I didn't even mentioned that as I didn't want you to think I wasn't happy with my new doll - but believe me, that former pink colour made me desper... ;)

At first I repainted her lips more reddish colour but then miss Tulabelle was looking like a carrot. I choosed this light hue then, similar to natural lips colour.

Following Carmazin's advice I didn't wash off the original painting of lips. I put a colour on it (with acrylic paints used in modeling) and then painted it with matt varnish (but I knew it will give a little gloss).

Pogoda jest u mnie ostatnio wyjątkowo zmienna, ale na momencik wyszło słońce. Widać teraz dobrze jak piękny ma kolor włosów. Mimo tego, że włosy są rootowane bardzo skąpo (ze względu na oryginalną fryzurę zapewne) i znaczna część głowy jest po prostu łysa, na zdjęciach tego na szczęście nie widać. 

Weather is very changeable lately, but there came out sun for a moment. You can see here how wonderful colour her hair has. Despite that hair are rooted very sparingly (because of the original hair style for sure) and great part of the head is bold in fact, luckily it's not visible on photos.

Tulabelle

Kolejna lalka z przypadku. :) Tulabelle Wicked & Divine. Przyjechała do mnie od forumowej Czarnab1. 16-calowe lalki Integrity Toys podobają mi się od dawna, choć akurat ta konkretna panna nie była moim numerem jeden. Skoro się jednak trafiła, to nie mogłam jej nie brać. ;)

Nie do końca podoba mi się jej oryginalna fryzura. Na całe szczęście trafiła do mnie już z rozwichrzonymi kokami. Nie miałam więc dylematu "psuć, czy nie psuć". Na razie jeszcze nie podjęłam żadnych drastycznych działań w związku z jej łepetynką, ale to kwestia czasu.

Najbardziej za to podoba mi się jej szary kolor oczu. I oczywiście wykonanie lalki, nie mam obaw, że przy próbach upozowania jej do zdjęć coś pęknie mi w rękach.

W pierwszej kolejności zdjęcia z wczoraj, jeszcze w dwóch kucach.

Another doll by chance. :) Tulabelle Wicked &Divine. She came to me from forum friend Czarnab1. I liked 16" dolls from Integrity Toys for a long time, although this specific lady wasn't my number one. But when she occured I couldn't let her go. ;)

I'm not really a fan of her hairstyle. Luckily she came with her buns already disheveled. So I didn't have a dilemma "ruin it or not". I haven't made some drastic actions yet, but it's a matter of time.

What I like most is her grey eyes colour. And how the doll is made of course. I'm not afraid that something will brake in my hands while I'm posing her to take a shot.

At the beginnig photos from yesterday. In two ponytails for now.

Tu przed układaniem włosów. Takie dziewczęce kucyki w ogóle do niej nie pasują... Kłopot w tym, że większa część włosów w każdym z "pęczków" jest przystrzyżona na krótko. 

Before styling her hair. That girlish ponytails don't suit her at all... The trouble is that most of hair in every 'bunch' is cut short.

Dziś rano jednak nie wytrzymałam. Musiałam coś zmienić. Nadal bez wielkiej rewolucji. Upięłam włosy w jeden kucyk, ale ze względu na to nieszczęsne strzyżenie musiałam go ułożyć "na sztywno". Nadal nie jest to to, co bym chciała. Rozważam ostrzyżenie jej na krótko, tak jak Darby...

I couldn't withstand this morning. I had to change something. Still with no great revolution. I pinned up the hair in one ponytail but because of this calamitous clipping I had to style it 'rigidly'. It's still not what I wanted. I consider cutting her hair short, just like I did with Darby...
