Srebrna | Silver

Drugą lalką jaką uszyłam i pomalowałam była Srebrna. Pierwotnie miała być Panią Zimą, ale w trakcie szycia koncepcja się nieco zmieniła.

Second doll I sew and repainted was Silver. At the beginning I planned to make Winter Lady but the conception changed during the work.

Pokażę, jak lalka wyglądała w momencie, kiedy do mnie trafiła.

Do najpiękniejszych nie należała. I jak dla mnie wielką tajemnicą jest kto szyje korpusy tych lalek?! I jakim cudem tak dobrze ukrywają te pokraki pod ubraniami? Absolutna niewiadoma...

Po szorowaniu, malowaniu i utrwaleniu wyglądała już tak:

She wasn't beauty, was she? And the great mystery to me is who is sewing this crooked bodies?! And how on earth they hide this horror under clothes so well? An absolute unknow...

After scrubing, washing, repaint and fixing she looked like this:

Następnie uszyłam jej nowe ciało. I buty. ;)

Then I sew new body. And shoes. ;)

Później przyszła pora na perukę i suknię. Jak na razie brakuje jej jeszcze ozdoby we włosach, ale chwilowo nie mam na to czasu. 

Than was time for a wig and gown. She's still missing some adornment in her hair but I'm out of time right now.

Przyszedł moment, kiedy wreszcie zdecydowałam się założyć bloga. Lalki pojawiły się w moim życiu znienacka, jakieś trzy lata temu. Nadal moja wiedza pozostawia wiele do życzenia, ale wciąż staram się ją poszerzać. Chciałabym podzielić się z Wami tym, co tworzę. Będzie trochę lalek porcelanowych, trochę Barbie, Tonner.. A co dalej? Wszystko się okaże. :) Ale nadzieje i plany są ogromne.

Zacznę od pierwszej porcelanowej lalki, którą zrobiłam. Poznajcie Złotą.

Here came the moment that I decided to start my blog. Dolls appeared in my life out of nowhere about three years ago. Still, my knowledge leaves much to be desired but I'm trying to extend it all the time. I want to share with you everything I create. There will be a little bit of porcelain dolls, a little bit of Barbie, Tonner... And what else? We will see. :) But my hopes and dreams are great.

I will strart with my first porcelain doll I made. Meet the Golden.

Złota trafiła do mnie jako delikatnie mówiąc trupek. Zresztą dosyć koślawy trupek. Tu dla porównania oryginalne ciałko. Aby nabrała proporcji dodałam jej "kilka" centymetrów.

Golden came to me as, tu put it midly, as a cadaver. Quite a crooked cadaver. Here is comparison of old and new body I sew for her. As you can see she's "few" centimeters taller and only after that she has some proportions.

Pomalowałam buzię, uszyłam nową perukę. A później cały strój. Zawsze lubiłam precyzyjne robótki, więc haftowanie i przyszywanie koralików sprawiło mi dużo frajdy. Trwało swoje - oczywiście - ale warto było.

I made a repaint, sew new wig. And then - the whole outfit. I always liked pieces of work that require precision, so embroidering and beading were a lot of fun for me. It took time - of course - but it was worth it.

W chwili obecnej mam już nieco lepiej dopracowane ciałka dla moich lalek. Ale to wszystko pokażę lada dzień... :)

At this moment I elaborated better bodies for my dolls. But I will show you all of it soon... :)
