Przyjechali, choć w obecnej sytuacji wcale nie byłam tego taka pewna. Ale są. Ponieważ mam możliwość wyjścia do ogrodu, zrobiłam krótką sesję z nową parką. Przyznam Wam się, że nie rozpakowałam ich jednak od razu. Odbyli sobie kwarantannę zanim wyjęłam ich z pudeł. Może na wyrost, ale powiem szczerze, że w wielu kwestiach ciężko w tej chwili podjąć decyzje, co jest słuszne, a co nie. A przecież lalki to najmniejszy z naszych obecnych problemów...
Ale bez smęcenia.
Byłam bardzo ciekawa, jak te pudełka wyglądają na żywo. Obrazki na frontach są świetne.
They came, although in the current situation I was not so sure. But they are. Since I have the opportunity to go out into the garden, I did a short photo session with the new pair. I admit that I didn't unbox them immediately. They had a quarantine before I took them out. Maybe exaggerated, but to be honest, it's difficult to make decisions about what's right and what's not right at the moment. And dolls are the smallest of our current problems...
But, I don't want to sadden you.
I was very curious how these boxes look in real. Pictures on the fronts are great.
W środku już mi się mniej podoba, ta kolorowa tekturka to tak trochę byle jak wygląda. Obie lalki mają stojak i certyfikat.
Inside, I like it less, this colorful cardboard looks poorly. Both dolls have a stand and a certificate.
Kawalera zamówiłam głównie ze względu na jego artykulację. Choć na szczęście na żywo jego twarz podoba mi się o wiele bardziej niż na zdjęciach.
Millie podobała mi się od samego początku najbardziej z całej serii BMR. Sama byłam tym zaskoczona, bo niespecjalnie lubię ten mold. Ale ta ma w sobie "to coś". Zastanawiam się jedynie nad wyprostowaniem jej włosów, bo nie wiem, czy zdzierżę z tą czupryną... ;)
Panna ma ciałko typu tall (wysokie).
Natomiast w obu przypadkach w ogóle nie podobają mi się ich stroje.A już te buty (i klapki pana, i te skarpetki Millie) to w ogóle mi się do niczego nie przydadzą.
I ordered this gentleman mainly because of his articulation. Although, fortunately, I like his face much more than on the photos.
From the very beginning, I liked Millie the most of the entire BMR series. I was surprised myself, because I'm not really a fan of this head mold. But this one has "something". I'm just thinking about straightening her hair, because I don't know if I won't get mad with this hairstyle ...;)
She's on the tall body type.
In both cases, however, I don't like their outfits at all, and these shoes (both Ken's slides, and Millie 's socks) are of no use to me at all.

Jej twarz i kolor włosów są po prostu piękne. Na całe szczęście mój egzemplarz ma równiutki makijaż. Loki z jednej strony wyglądają super, z drugiej mnie irytują. ;)
Her face and hair color are simply beautiful. Fortunately, my doll has even makeup. Curls look great on one side and irritates me on the other. ;)
Ken ma ubytek w makijażu ust, ale trzeba się bardzo dobrze przypatrzeć - na zdjęciach nie widać. Co do fryzury - z pewnością go tak nie zostawię... Headmold tego kawalera to Harley Ken.
Ken has a defect in lip makeup, but you have to look very closely - it's not visible on the pictures. And for the hairstyle - I certainly won't leave him like this... This lad's headmold is called Harley Ken.
Na razie prezentuję Wam tą parę w firmowych ciuchach. Chwilowo szycie zeszło na dalszy plan z wiadomego powodu. Koronawirus zaburzył normalne funkcjonowanie w niemal każdym aspekcie życia. Nie wiem, jak Wam udaje się odnaleźć w tej sytuacji, ale ja czuję się bardzo dziwnie. Z jednej strony siedzę w domu, staram się działać jak co dzień, wymyślam zajęcia dla siebie i dzieci. I jest tak jakby normalnie (poza tym, że nigdzie nie wychodzimy poza nasz dom i ogród). Ale zaraz przypomina mi się, co dzieje się w kraju i na świecie. I to niestety dalekie jest od normalności. W dodatku niepewna przyszłość (i nie mówię tu nawet o samej chorobie, ale tym, co nas czeka w przeciągu najbliższych miesięcy) budzi ogromny niepokój.
Staram się zająć czymś myśli. Jak wiadomo, hobby w tym pomaga. A ponieważ w tej chwili muszę zająć nie tylko swoją głowę, ale i dwójkę rozbrykanych dzieciaków, to m.in. doskonale sprawdza się wspólne kolorowanie.
Kilka miesięcy temu za sprawą Agnieszki (lalkowej koleżanki z bloga Kreatywne wariactwa) wpadłam w kolejny nałóg. Tzn. przepraszam, znalazłam sobie nowe hobby. ;) Chodzi o kolorowanki - antystresowe, dla dorosłych, jak zwał tak zwał. Normalnie mam co prawda niewiele czasu na tą przyjemność i jak do tej pory udało mi się skończyć dosłownie kilka obrazków. Ale wygląda na to, że teraz będę miała możliwość pokolorowania ich w większej ilości...

For now, I present them to you in their original clothes. Sewing temporarily fell into the background for a known reason. Coronavirus disrupted normal functioning in almost every aspect of life. I don't know how you manage to find yourself in this situation, but I feel very strange. On one hand, I stay at home, I try to act like every day, I invent something to do for myself and my children. And it's just like normal (exept staying only in our house and garden). But then I remind of what is happening in the country and in the world. And this is unfortunately far from normal. In addition, the uncertain future (and I'm not even talking about the disease itself, but about what awaits us in the coming months) is of great concern.
I'm trying to do something that will ease my mind. As you know, hobbies help with this. And because at the moment I have to take care not only of my head, but also of two frisky kids, coloring together is a great solution.
A few months ago, thanks to Agnieszka (a dolly friend from the blog Creative Variations) I fell into another addiction. Oh. I'm sorry, I found a new hobby. ;) It's about coloring pages - anti-stress, for adults, no matter how you call them. Normally I have little time for this pleasure and so far I have finished literally a few pictures. But it seems that now I will be able to color them more often...
The first is Cersei from the "Game of Thrones" coloring book (I have the Czech version, "Hra o Truny" by GRADA Publishing).
