Lalki 16-calowe - porównanie cz. I | 16" dolls - comparison, part I

Selinka przypomniała mi, że jakiś czas temu wspominałam o zrobieniu porównania 16-calowych panien. Tym mnie zmobilizowała i dzięki niej zrealizowałam wreszcie ten pomysł.

Poprzednie porównanie dotyczyło panien Ghastly - plastikowych i żywicznej.

W tym porównaniu udział wzięły (od lewej):

Najpierw ogólny rzut na to, jak wyglądają wszystkie panny.

Selinka reminded me, that I mentioned making some 16" dolls comparison a while ago. She mobilized me and thanks to her I finally accomplished this project.

Previous comparison was about Ghastly ladies - plastic and resin.

In this comparison took part (from left):

At first general look on how all ladies look.

Tu możecie zobaczyć krzywe nogi Deja Vu, o których Wam mówiłam. ;)

Trochę wymiarów. Nie wszystkie, ale bałam się, że zdjęcie zrobi się zupełnie nieczytelne, jeśli narysuję zbyt wiele. Gdyby ktoś potrzebował jeszcze jakieś konkretne pomiary, to piszcie śmiało w komentarzach. Zdjęcie jest większe niż moje standardowe fotki, więc warto je powiększyć.

Wszystkie wymiary są podane w centymetrach.

Wymierzyłam:

- obwód głowy

- obwód szyi 

- szerokość ramion

- długość ręki od ramienia do nadgarstka

- obwód ramienia

- obwód nadgarstka

- obwód w biuście

- obwód w talii

- obwód w biodrach

- obwód uda

- obwód kolana

- obwód łydki

- obwód w kostce

- długość od kroku do kostki

A little bit of measurments. Not all, but I was afraid that photo became illegible if I draw to much. If anyone of you need something specific to measure, please let me know in the comments. This photo is bigger then my standard photos so it's worth to enlarge it.

All measurments are in centimeters.

I measured:

- head circumference

- neck circumference

- shoulders width

- lenght of the arm from shoulder to wrist

- arm circumference

- wrist circumference

- breast circumference

- waist circumference

- hips circumference

- tight circumference

- knee circumference

- calf circumference

- ankle circumference

- lenght from crotch to ankle

Różnice wydają się niewielkie, ale jak widzicie spodnie szyte na tonnerowskie panny będą na bank za krótkie i za szerokie dla Tulabelki.  Z kolei Ellowyne nawet ich nie wciśnie. 

Zresztą szyłam spodnie na lalkę, która miała mieć niby identyczne wymiary jak Deja Vu. I o ile spodnie pasowały na moją pannę, nie leżały już dobrze na tej o rzekomo takich samych wymiarach. Inne proporcje i koniec...

Wymiary nadgarstka i kostki są pomocne przy szyciu rękawów i nogawek. Trzeba tylko pamiętać, że nie zawsze da się wyjąć dłonie i wtedy trzeba wziąć jeszcze pod uwagę obwód dłoni w najszerszym miejscu. To też jest bardzo zróżnicowane, w zależności od układu palców. O ile Tyler ma bardzo smukłą dłoń, to już np. Tulabelle ma szeroko rozstawione palce i jeśli ktoś nie chce wyciągać dłoni, rękaw musi być szerszy.

Szyjąc zaś nogawki pamiętajmy zmierzyć jeszcze o ile szerzej jest na wysokości pięty, żeby spodnie przeszły w tym miejscu.

It seems that diffrences are minor but as you can see pants made for Tonner girls will be for sure to short on Tulabelle. What's more Ellowyne won't be able to put them on (hips).

Anyway I was sewing jeans for a doll who was supposed to have identical measurments as Deja Vu. Pants fitted my lady very well, but they didn't fit the one that supposedly had same size. Different proportions and it's over...

Wrist and ankle circumferences are helpful while sewing sleeves and legs. You just need to remember that you can't alway take out the hands and if not you should take under consideration hand circumference in it's widest part. And that is very differential depending on how fingers are arranged. And while Tyler has got very slim hand, Tulabelle has her fingers spread quite widely and if anybody doesn'y want to take out the hands - sleeve must be much wider.

Sewing legs let's remember to measure how much wider is in heel part, so the pants can go through this part.

Dobra, teraz trochę gimnastyki.

Deja Vu ma tak rozhuśtane biodra, że musiałam się nieco wspomóc masą plastyczną, żeby unieruchomić jej nogę. Zresztą ta sama masa pozwoliła mi w ogóle ustawić panny przy ścianie. ;)

Ruchomość nóg i rąk jest bardzo podobna (poza Kopciuszkiem, który właściwie nie ma ruchomości w łokciach, no ale...). Jak widzicie, żadna z dziewczyn nie jest w stanie dotknąć dłonią do twarzy.

All right, some exercises now.

Deja Vu has her hips so loose that I had to help her a bit using plastic mass to fix her leg in place. The same mass helped me also to set all the ladies next to the wall. ;)

Mobility of legs and arms is very similar (except Cinderella who can't flex the elbow, but well...). As you can see none of the girls can touch her face with her hand.

Najlepszą ruchomość pod biustem mają Deja Vu i Antoinette. Ruszają się nie tylko na boki, ale też w przód i w tył. Te dwie panny mogą też całkiem nieźle przechylić głowę w niemal każdym kierunku (co jest bardzo pomocne przy zdjęciach). 

W przypadku pozostałych lalek ruchomość pod biustem jest ledwie możliwa i to tylko na boki, głowy zaś mogą tylko obracać, ale nie przechylić.

Best mobility in breast have Deja Vu and Antoinette. They can move not only on sides, but also to the front and back. These two can also pretty well tilt their heads almost in every direction (which is very helpful while taking photos).

Other girls can hardly move under the breast (and only on the sides) and they can only turn their heads left or right, but not tilt them.

Tylko Tulabelle jest w stanie objąć się rękami na wysokości biustu. Pozostałym pannom wiele brakuje (mam nadzieję, że widać to na zdjęciu od góry).

Only Tulabelle can embrace herself on the breast hight. Other girls lack a lot to do that (I hope you can see this on the photo from above).

I na koniec to, jak można je posadzić. Tu też dobrze widać krzywe nogi Emmy. ;)

Bardzo podoba mi się, jak siedzi Tulabelle, ale niestety jest trochę odchylona do tyłu, nie może usiąść zupełnie prosto.

And at the end my girls sitting. You can see crooked Emma's legs here too. ;)

I like very much how Tulabelle sits but unfortunatelly she's a bit leaned back, she can't sit straight.

Każda z lalek może położyć dłoń na głowie, ale już nie każda obejmie się w pasie. Z zakładaniem nogi na nogę też jest lepiej lub gorzej.

Every doll can put her hand on the head but not every one of them can embrace herself in the waist. With crossing their legs is also better or worse.

Mam nadzieję, że to porównanie Wam się spodobało.

Jeszcze dwa słowa o stopach. Deja Vu i Antoinette mają taki sam kształt stóp, więc buty pasują na obie. Niektóre buty może używać też Tyler i Ellowyne (ale nie wszystkie, ich stopy są trochę szersze), jednak nie zawsze staną w nich samodzielnie - mają innych łuk stopy i niektóre obcasy są dla nich za wysokie.

Tulabelle ma stopę o wiele mniejszą. Jak do tej pory nie doczekała się swoich butów. ;)

Two words about feet. Deja Vu i Antoinette have same shape of the feet so they can share shoes. Some of the shoes can also use Tyler or Ellowyne (but not all of them, their feet are a bit wider), but they may not stand by themselves in them - they have different arch of the foot and some high heels are to high for them.

Tulabelle has much smaller feet. And she has no shoes at all so far. ;)

Świt | Dawn

No dobrze, może tak zupełnie świtem się nie zebrałam - ale tytuł "pół godziny po tym, jak wstało słońce" nie brzmi już tak dobrze. ;)

Dwa dni temu były cudowne mgły. Stary park w mojej okolicy wyglądał naprawdę magicznie. Niestety, wtedy nie miałam możliwości wybrać się na sesję. Dziś nie było mgieł, ale słońce i tak nadało uroku jesiennemu porankowi.

Lekki przedsmak tego, co szykuję dla Brianny. Na razie poświęciłam jedną z sukni druidek, która oczywiście nie dopina się na mojej pięknej pannie i sporo brakuje hm... na tyłach. ;)

Ale szkoda mi było nie skorzystać z tak pięknego światła. Mam nadzieję, że i Wam się spodoba.

All right, I didn't gather myself exactly at dawn - but "half an hour after the sunrise" is not a good title ;)

Two days ago there were beautiful mists. Old park in my neiborourhood looked really magically. Unfortunately I didn't have a chance to take some photos then. There were no mists today, but sun intself add true charm to the autumn morning.

It's a kind of preview what I am planning for Brianna. For now I sacrificed one of the Druid's dresses which of course doesn't fit my beautiful lady. Well, let's say there is something missing on... the back. ;)

But it would be a shame not to take advantage of this beautiful light. I hope you will enjoy too.

Dzień Postaci z Bajek | Fairytale Characters' Day

W tym roku przygotowałam się nieco lepiej na Międzynarodowy Dzień Postaci z Bajek wg Kalendarza Szarej Sowy. :)

Próbowałam znaleźć więcej informacji o tym dniu i... nie udało mi się. Najwięcej relacji z tego święta jest na stronach szkół i przedszkoli, ale tylko u nas, w Polsce. I choć próbowałam podejść do tego z różnych stron, to nie znalazłam nic takiego na stronach anglojęzycznych. Jedynie to, że obchodzony bywa też 5-go września. Może ktoś z Was ma namiary na historię tego dnia? 

Tak czy inaczej, ustawiłam całą bajkową gromadkę, która jest u nas w domu. Tym razem są tu lalki zarówno moje, jak i mojej Córy. 

Części z nich jeszcze nie widzieliście, choć są u mnie od dawna. Specjalnie ich nie pokazywałam, żeby zrobić niespodziankę w dniu dzisiejszym. :)

Największą radość sprawiło mi zdobycie dwóch 16-calowych panien od Disney Store - Kopciuszka i Elsy. No i oczywiście Śnieżki od Zapfa, która w dodatku ma piękną buźkę spod kredki Urszuli. :) Ale ją akurat widzieliście, razem z Jolinką, zaraz po tym jak przyjechały po malowaniu.

Widzieliście także Pocahontas, wspominałam też o Jasmine i 12-calowej Belli, ale nie miały one jeszcze swoich własnych postów. Mam nadzieję, że kiedyś to nastąpi. I że uda mi się uszyć odpowiednie kreacje dla Belli, Pocahontas i malutkiej Ariel, jako że przyjechały one do mnie bez swoich oryginalnych ubranek.

Historie dwóch Kopciuszków, które należą do mojej Córy też już opisywałam - tu historia jednego, a tu drugiego.

Jeśli myślicie, że ustawienie całej ekipy poszło gładko, to się mylicie. ;)

I prepared a bit better this year for the International Fairytale Characters' Day from Grey Owl's Calendar. :)

I was trying to find some information about this day and... I failed. All informations I managed to find were on schools' and kindergartens' sites but only from Poland. And even if I tried on every possible way I haven't found anything on English sites. Only this that sometimes it's celebrated on 5th of September.  Maybe one of you knows anything about this day's history?

Anyway I set up whole fairytale group that we have in our house. You can see both my and my Daughter's dolls here.

I haven't showed you part of the dolls yet, even if they are at my place for quite a long time. I did it on purpose to make a surprise today. :)

I was really happy when I got two 16" ladies from Disney Store - Cinderella and Elsa. And Snow White from Zapf of course who is painted by Urszula. :) But you already saw her with Jolina, just right after they came back after painting.

You also saw Pocahontas and I mentioned Jasmine and 12" Bella once, but they haven't got their own posts yet. I hope it will change some day. And that I manage to sew proper dresses for Bella, Pocahontas and tiny Ariel, because they arrived without their original clothes.

If you think that setiing up all of the paty was easy, you are wrong. ;)

Koń Filip był w zestawie z Bellą (produkcja Jakks Pacific), który moja Córa dostała na urodziny. Serio, kto odpowiada za proporcje? 

Philippe horse was in a set with Bella (they are from Jakks Pacific) and my Daughter got them for her birthday. Seriously, who is responsible for the proportions?

To maleństwo jest cudne. Nie ma ktoś takiej maleńkiej Pocahontas na zbyciu przypadkiem? ;)

This tiny thing is so cute. Does anyone have little Pocahontas and don't want her anymore? Anyone? ;)

Ostatecznie się udało. :) I choć cała gromadka jest tak różna, to jak dla mnie wyglądają razem uroczo. Mam słabość do lalek z bajek Disney'a. W dzieciństwie uwielbiałam te animacje, a i teraz chętnie oglądam je z dzieciakami. 

Mam nadzieję, że kiedyś trafi do mnie więcej 16-calowych panien, bo te wyjątkowo mi się podobają. 

Finally they were ready. :) Even though the whole group is so different, I think they look lovely together. I have a weakness for dolls from Disney's movies. I loved these animations when I was a kid, and now I watch them with great pleasure with my kids.

I hope that I will find more 16" ladies, I do really like them.
