Zimowe Beskidy | Winter Beskids Mountains

W zeszłym roku (od wczoraj, ale jednak w zeszłym) nie byliśmy w górach zbyt często. Tak wyszło. Kwietniowy wypad w Gorce i krótki pobyt w Beskidach w lipcu - to wszystko, czyli zdecydowanie za mało. Ogromnie się więc ucieszyłam, gdy w ostatni piątek udało nam się wyskoczyć w Beskid Sądecki. Tylko na jeden dzień, ale widoki były po prostu cudowne i choć na chwile uciszyłam moją tęsknotę za górskimi wędrówkami.

Wyjechaliśmy o nieludzkiej godzinie (4:30 rano), dojechaliśmy na miejsce przed ósmą i powitał nas taki widok na Przełęczy Obidza. Góry w chmurach tuż po wschodzie słońca.

Last year (since yesterday, but still last year) year we weren't in the mountains very often. Well, that's how it turned out. An April trip to the Gorce Mountains and a short stay in the Beskids in July - that's all, which is definitely not enough. So I was very happy when last Friday we managed to go to the Beskid Sądecki Mountains. Only for one day, but the views were simply wonderful and it calmed my longing for mountain hiking, at least for a moment.

We left at an ungodly hour (4:30 in the morning), arrived at the place before eight and were greeted by this view at the Obidza Pass. Mountains in the clouds just after sunrise.

Na Polanie Litawcowej (dalsza część Przełęczy Obidza), choć to sam początek trasy, zrobiliśmy krótki postój na kilka lalkowych zdjęć. A także na moment zachwytu - widoczność była całkiem niezła, można było napatrzeć się na panoramę Pienin i Tatr.

At Polana Litawcowa (a clearing with a viewpoint, the next part of the Obidza Pass), although this is the very beginning of the trail, we made a short stop for a few doll photos. And also for a moment of delight - the visibility was quite good, you could admire the panorama of the Pieniny Mountains and the Tatra Mountains.

Było słonecznie i ciepło (5-8°C), choć trochę wiało. Na tej wysokości (967 m n.p.m.) śniegu już prawie nie było, a jak widać na zdjęciu poniżej - na pierwszy rzut oka ciężko byłoby określić porę roku. Trochę jesień, trochę zima, a trochę jakby początek wiosny... 

It was sunny and warm (5-8°C, 41-46°F), although a bit windy. At this altitude (938 m above sea level, 3172 ft) there was almost no snow, and as you can see in the photo below - at first glance it would be difficult to determine the season. A bit of autumn, a bit of winter, and a bit of the beginning of spring...

W wyprawie towarzyszyły nam dwie Mini Me - moja (Barbie BMR1959) i Córy (Skipper Babysitter na ciałku Creatable World). Oraz husky. :) Ponieważ wyjazd wyskoczył nam nagle, nie zdążyłam uszyć nic nowego poza czapkami. Ale udało mi się skompletować garderobę odpowiednią do pory roku dla obu lalek. Jedyne co, to musimy znaleźć jakieś buty trekkingowe dla lalki Młodej, co nie jest takie łatwe ze względu na wielkie stopy CW. xD

We were accompanied on the trip by our two Minis - mine (Barbie BMR1959) and Daughter's (Skipper Babysitter on a Creatable World body). And husky. :) Because the trip happened suddenly, I didn't have time to sew anything new except hats. But I managed to put together a season-appropriate wardrobe for both dolls. The only thing is that we need to find some hiking shoes for the Daughter's doll, which is not so easy due to CW's big feet. xD

Im wyżej się wspinaliśmy, tym więcej było śniegu. Z rana było wesoło, bo wdrapywaliśmy się po lodowej skorupie - całe szczęście, że było pod górę. A jeszcze większym szczęściem było to, że słońce zdążyło tą skorupę rozpuścić i wracaliśmy już po miękkim śniegu. W innym przypadku zaliczyłabym z pewnością najdłuższy zjazd na czterech literach. xD

The higher we climbed, the more snow there was. It was fun in the morning because we were climbing the ice crust - luckily it was uphill. And what's even more fortunate was that the sun managed to melt the crust and we were returning through the soft snow. Otherwise, I would definitely have completed the longest downhill ride on my own butt. xD

Wszystkie zdjęcia robiliśmy telefonami (po problemach z kręgosłupem nie zdecydowałam się na targanie ze sobą lustrzanki), więc nie oddają one w pełni piękna widoków. Ale uwierzcie mi - taka pogoda na zimowym wypadzie w góry to po prostu coś cudownego. Prawdziwa magia.

We took all the photos with our phones (due to back problems I had, I decided not to carry my SLR camera), so they definitely don't fully capture the beauty of the views. But believe me - such weather during a winter trip to the mountains is simply wonderful. Pure magic.

W drodze na Radziejową co chwilę przystawaliśmy i podziwialiśmy góry tonące w rozświetlonych słońcem chmurach.

On the way to Radziejowa, we stopped every now and then and admired the mountains covered with clouds illuminated by the sun.

W górskich wędrówkach uwielbiam postoje na łyk kawy z pięknym widokiem. Zawsze staramy się znaleźć miejsce, gdzie będzie można podziwiać okoliczne szczyty.

When hiking in the mountains, I love stopping for a sip of coffee with a beautiful view. We always try to find a place where we can admire the surrounding peaks.

Na Radziejowej (1262 m n.p.m.) można wejść na wieżę widokową i podziwiać rozległą panoramę Beskidu Sądeckiego, Pienin, Tatr, Doliny Popradu, Beskidu Wyspowego i Beskidu Żywieckiego. I choć oczywiście Tatry są najbardziej spektakularne, to mnie zachwyciły znów chmury nad słowackimi pasmami górskimi.

At Radziejowa (1262 m above sea level, 4140 ft) you can climb the observation tower and admire the vast panorama of the Beskid Sądecki, Pieniny, Tatra Mountains, Poprad Valley, Island Beskids and Beskid Żywiecki. And although, of course, the Tatra Mountains are the most spectacular, I was again amazed by the clouds over the Slovak mountain ranges.

Myślę, że to całkiem dobre zakończenie roku i oby wróżyło więcej górskich wypadów w obecnym. ;)
